After more than 35 years in civil service, serving six trade ministers and overseeing twelve trade pacts, she retired as the Secretary General of the MITI in July 2, 2016. She observed the of people of Malaysia being divided into the minorities and the majorities and decided to write a book about being Malaysian with elements of women, leadership, special occasions and food. With us, we have the author of “The Smell Of Home”, Tan Sri Rebecca Fatima Sta. Maria.
