A Centre Of Research Excellence For Capital Markets

The Institute for Capital Market Research Malaysia (ICMR) is an initiative by the Securities Commission Malaysia. It is funded by the Capital Market Development Fund (CMDF) as an independent think tank, dedicated toward conducting research projects and thematic studies related to overall capital market development.

Aligned with the Securities Commission’s Capital Market Master Plans, ICMR through its mandate, promotes the development of an inclusive, resilient and sustainable Malaysian capital market which benefits the overall economy. Leading the charge is Director Datin Azleen Osman Rani.
