With the ‘Great Resignation’ still in full force, it seems like many people are finding happiness in companies that provide better work-life perks than their previous employers. Or is that really the case? While significant change is always encouraged to battle burnout, heightened stress, and toxic work culture, it seems like it doesn’t always fix the problem. We speak to an expert in psychology to find out why making major changes may not be a cure for everyone experiencing burnout.
