A few recent surveys have shown that Malaysian workers can expect to see an increment in their paychecks next year. But with inflation rates moving upwards, is the salary increase enough to cover our cost of living? Or is the increase presented just enough to match with inflation? And what is the salary increase like in other countries in the region? We’ll find out more as we speak to Lee Quane, Regional Director in Asia at ECA International on this.
