Virgin Galactic will soon become the first publicly traded space tourism company as they seek to raise funds to keep the rockets on. Virgin Galactic projects that it’ll be profitable on an annual basis by August 2021, and will fly its first customers within a year. But is this a risk to invest this early on? What other hyped technology innovations have fallen from this early hype?
