With cinemas mostly closed, Netflix’s position as an entertainment provider served the company extremely well during the pandemic. However, as life inches towards a sense of old normalcy, Netflix seems to have suffered a significant dip in subscriber uptake, causing its shares to plunge by a whopping 11%.
