Digital Transformation in a Travel-Ready Malaysia

After two years of stringent border controls, Malaysia transitioned to the endemic phase a couple of months ago. The nation has not only welcomed back international travellers, but accelerated business digitalisation by 3 to 4 years to get the country back on track and boost economic growth.

While the issue of digital acceleration isn’t new, we’re only now seeing how the travel space has coped with years of pressure from the pandemic. And it seems as though within this space, there are opportunities for digital transformation unlike anything we’ve seen before.
