国行称保险公司擅涨保费,政府介入管制医药费及保费暴涨乱象

近日,我国医药卡费用暴涨引发民众关注,有报导指保费明年将涨40%至70%,原因是私人医院收费飙升,导致保险索赔成本上升。部分民众因负担不起高昂保费而选择断保,转向政府医院,恐加剧公共医疗体系的压力。

国会议员呼吁国家银行和政府介入监管,调查保险公司未经批准涨价及私人医院收费不透明问题。首相安华表示,将制定监管措施,考虑推行诊断相关分组(DRG)收费指南控制医疗费用,并审查医疗垄断与采购机制,确保医疗保险费用合理化,减轻民众负担。
