从烧不尽的山火到政策危机,洛杉矶的重重挑战

2025年1月7日,洛杉矶地区爆发一场惊人的野火,火势迅速从太平洋沿岸蔓延到人口密集的帕萨迪纳(Pasadena)和名人云集的好莱坞山社区。截至目前,火灾已吞噬超过54平方英里的土地,相当于吉隆坡面积的约57%。当局指出,罹难人数已增加到24人,另有16人失踪,迫使近18万居民撤离。上万栋建筑被烧成灰烬,有9万2000多人流离失所。大火所产生的致癌浓烟,也将影响好几百万人的健康。这不仅是一场自然灾害,更是一场挑战政府应急能力和政策的危机。
