Killer in the Pool

In 2010, Tilikum, a SeaWorld killer whale, killed his trainer Dawn Brancheau. In his 34 years, he’s been involved in 3 deaths. Tim Zimmerman, author of The Killer in the Pool published in Outside Online and associate producer of the documentary Blackfish, weighs in on all the ways in which we have forced a highly intelligent animal to psychosis.
