World Pangolin Day 2021: The Plight of the Pangolin

It's World Pangolin Day tomorrow (20th February), a day to celebrate these unique mammals — and also raise awareness on their plight. Pangolin numbers are rapidly declining, and they are considered one of the world’s most heavily trafficked mammals. Experts warn that the illegal trade in pangolins will render them extinct within our lifetime. We will explore more reasons why the survival of these delightful creatures matter, and learn ways to better protect them.
