Tackling Texting Anxiety

It’s probably happened to a lot of us before. We send someone a message on an online platform, and we expect, or hope, for a reply ASAP—especially if we’re talking to someone on a dating app. We’ll get anxious, or get the butterflies in our stomach. In the workplace, it might be the other way around. We feel the pressure to reply to a work e-mail or text message ASAP. So we thought we’d find ways to tackle the anxieties that surround text messaging, and better take care of ourselves.
