Sembang Baru/New Conversations with PEN Malaysia

In conjunction with the George Town Literary Festival 2020, writers association PEN Malaysia is organising a series of free online dialogues called Sembang Baru/New Conversations. The series aims to introduce PEN Malaysia and highlight local writers, while championing freedom of expression, the importance of translation, and women writers. We find out more.

All the conversations are being streamed live for free and are up on the GTLF Facebook page. The sessions started on 26 November and are on till 28 November, at 8.30pm.
