Issues Found in the Draft Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040

The Draft Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 is a planning document that contains insights, goals, policies and recommendations to guide the development of Kuala Lumpur for the next 20 years. DBKL is currently seeking community feedback on the plan, before it is gazetted. Several concerned citizens have discovered issues in the Draft Plan, and we’ll be highlighting some of those issues today.
