Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha is the CEO of MMC Oil & Gas Engineering, an engineering company providing comprehensive technical services for various industries such as oil & gas and petrochemical in Malaysia. She joins me to discuss her journey from instrumentation engineer to CEO of an oil & gas company, and how she did it while taking care of five children.
