The Malaysian Education Blueprint (Higher Education) 2015-2025

The Malaysian Education Blueprint for Higher Education is a 240-page document outlining an 11-year road map to improve the quality of local graduates. One of the blueprint’s instrument to achieve this is through an integrated cumulative grade point average system, which is currently in its pilot phase. Here to talk about the merits of iCGPA, as well as the overarching strategic goals of the blueprint is Associate Professor Dr. Jaafar Jantan from the Ministry of Education.
