Feminist Fridays #80: Why Gaza?

Lora A. Lucero is a retired American lawyer, professor and city planner. Her passion is exploring the intersection of climate change, sustainable development and human rights, which led her to Gaza in 2012-2013. Lora writes about these issues on her blog "Why Gaza?" and in her advocacy in Congress. She spent a year in Gaza and has been actively involved in bringing Palestinian voices into the Israel Palestine discussion in the US. Here in Malaysia for the Freedom Film Festival 2018, Lora is a panelist for the talk, "Women of Substance: From Palestine to Malaysia". We find out more about her work and activism.
