Recently, Minister of Health Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad announced that the government is looking at policy changes towards the decriminalisation of drug use and addiction. Two experts from Universiti Malaya – Prof Dato' Dr Adeeba Binti Kamarulzaman, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Assoc Prof Dr Rusdi Abd Rashid, Consultant Psychiatrist – join us to discuss what is a rational public health approach to dealing with the drug use problem.
