Life Doesn't Pause #2: Mental Health During Perimenopause

The midlife can be both thrilling and terrifying for women in their 40s - this is the time for major changes, such as children going into adolescence or university, changes in relationships or careers, or the death or illness of parents. We look at how the perimenopause period affects women's mental health, and why it's important for women to have a strong support system, including her partner and family, to help her navigate this phase with empathy and compassion.
