Health & Living Live 2022 Panel 2: Are My Mental Health Problems Real?

Stress. Anxiety. Burnout. Many of us have been experiencing these - or worse - throughout the pandemic. In fact, it’s been reported that the COVID-19 pandemic has spurred a parallel mental health pandemic, which could have consequences for years to come. During the mental health panel at BFM's Health & Living Live 2022, we discussed why mental health issues cannot be taken lightly, and what we can do - as a community and in the workplace - to better support people who are struggling. The speakers on the panel were Ellisha Othman, Clinical Psychologist & Managing Director, Thrive Well; Anita Abu Bakar, Founder and President, Mental Illness Awareness and Support Association (MIASA); and Deepa George, Managing Consultant, MYHRC Services.
