Doctor in the House: Medical Disabilities and Insurance Claims (Part 1)

If you are involved in an accident, and suffer injuries that result in a disability, your ability to work and carry out daily activities could be affected. But this doesn’t mean you’re left without options. With proper rehabilitation, you can recover, return to education or employment, and move on in life. Financial support is crucial for the process of recovery and rehabilitation, but are people aware of how to make third-party insurance claims for compensation of their injuries? Prof Nathan Vytialingam, Consultant Occupational Therapist, and JS Naicker, Managing Partner of Naicker & Associates, join us to provide a rundown of the processes involved, types of injuries covered, and the importance of ensuring quality of life for people with medical disabilities.
