Recently, AIA Vitality released the results of its Healthiest Workplace Survey 2017, which looked at the well-being of employees in Malaysia and the efficacy of companies’ health interventions in the workplace. More than 5,000 employees from 47 organisations in urban areas participated in this survey. Dr Christian van Stolk, Vice President of RAND Europe, the research agency that conducted the survey, shares more about the results.
