Gout - 'Crystals Munching Our Bones'

When uric acid builds up in our blood and crystallizes in our joints, we will suffer gout attacks. A type of arthritis, gout attacks have been described as sudden burning pain in the joints, usually in the big toe. Fortunately, we can prevent and treat gout with medications that reduce uric acid levels. What about the long list of complementary herbal remedies that also promise to cure gout?
