Médecins Sans Frontières: Going Where The Medical Needs Are Highest

Here’s a good thing you need to know: founded in 1971 by journalists and doctors, Médecins Sans Frontières also known as Doctors Without Borders has been continuously providing medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or even exclusion from healthcare. At a time when we’re seeing multiple humanitarian crises across the world, the role of humanitarian organisations like MSF have never been more needed. Here to share more about MSF’s operations around the world - including here in Malaysia - and how their staff and volunteers are coping, we speak to Christopher Lockyear, MSF’s Secretary-General.
